Finesse Club™ ("the service") is operated by KahnVal LLC and is currently a pre-launch waitlist. The product is in development and the features described on this site are subject to change. Finesse Club™ and its logo are trademarks of KahnVal LLC. ™ denotes a filed/pending trademark application; ® will be used upon registration.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access to the final product. We may close the waitlist, change the launch timeline, or change the offering at any time.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not entitle you to any product, service, equity, or ownership in KahnVal LLC or Finesse Club™. Funds are used to support ongoing development at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the waitlist (e.g., submitting other people's email addresses), attempt to access the service in unauthorized ways, or use it for any illegal purpose.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KahnVal LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
