Finesse Club™ ("we", "us") is operated by KahnVal LLC. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and a timestamp. When you donate through our Stripe checkout, Stripe collects payment information directly — we do not see or store your card details. Finesse Club™ and its logo are trademarks of KahnVal LLC. ™ denotes a filed/pending trademark application; ® will be used upon registration.
2. How we use it
Your email is used only to send waitlist updates and launch notifications for Finesse Club™. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
3. Analytics
We use basic analytics (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) to measure traffic and ad performance. These tools may set cookies and collect aggregated information about your visit. No personally identifying information is sold.
4. Donations
Donations are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable. They are voluntary contributions to support development and are not the purchase of any product or service.
